              Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-18, hereby appoints Louis Lévesque of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Finance, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($157,000 - $184,700), effective November 1, 2004.
