                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-16, hereby appoints Kevin Lynch of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($226,400 - $266,400), effective November 1, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2004-16 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Kevin Lynch, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du ministre des Finances, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (226 400 $ - 266 400 $), à compter du 1^er novembre 2004.
