                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister:

(a) firstly,

(i) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, a  

Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Mongolia on the Transfer of Offenders; or

(ii) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Anne McLellan, Solicitor General of Canada, or Joseph Caron, Ambassador of Canada to Mongolia, or David Mulroney, Assistant Deputy Minister (Asia-Pacific), Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, a Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Mongolia on the Transfer of Offenders; and

(b) secondly, to take the action necessary to bring the Treaty into force for Canada.

                Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) d’une part :

(i) à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, le Traité entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Mongolie sur le transfèrement des délinquants; ou

(ii) soit à établir et délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant l’honorable Anne McLellan, solliciteure générale du Canada, Joseph Caron, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la Mongolie, ou David Mulroney, sous-ministre adjoint (Asie-Pacifique), ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, le Traité entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Mongolie concernant le transfèrement des délinquants; et

b) d’autre part, à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l'entrée en vigueur du Traité pour le Canada.
