                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act, pursuant to subsections 28(1), 28(3) and 31(1) of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby re-appoints Rick Beaton of Sydney River, Nova Scotia, to be Vice-President of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation for a term of three years, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($125,100 - $147,200), effective November 1, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre chargé de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique et en vertu des paragraphes 28(1), 28(3) et 31(1) de la Loi sur la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Rick Beaton, de Sydney River (Nouvelle-Écosse), vice-président de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton, pour une période de trois ans, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (125 100 $ - 147 200 $), à compter du 1^er novembre 2004.
