                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, hereby

          (a)      pursuant to section 15 of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, reappoints Françoy Raynauld of Montréal, Quebec, as Secretary of the Canadian Section of the Secretariat established pursuant to section 14 of that Act, to hold office for a term of three years; and

          (b)      pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, fixes his remuneration in accordance with the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range ($94,600 - $111,300);

effective October 12, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

          a)       en vertu de l’article 15 de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l’Accord de libre-échange nord-américain, nomme de nouveau Françoy Raynauld, de Montréal (Québec), secrétaire de la section canadienne du Secrétariat constituée en vertu de l’article 14 de cette loi, pour un mandat de trois ans;

          b)       en vertu du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l’Accord de libre-échange nord-américain, fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (94 600 $ - 111 300 $);

à compter du 12 octobre 2004.
