                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 112(1) of the Public Safety Act, 2002, assented to on May 6, 2004, being chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, hereby fixes October 13, 2004 as the day on which sections 34, 66 to 69, 99, 102 and 103 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 112(1) de la Loi de 2002 sur la sécurité publique, sanctionnée le 6 mai 2004, chapitre 15 des Lois du Canada (2004), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 13 octobre 2004 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 34, 66 à 69, 99, 102 et 103 de cette loi.
