                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, hereby:

           (a)      pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Sonia Gaal of Orleans, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year; and

           (b)      pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Sonia Gaal be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective August 2, 2004.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

           a)       en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, renouvelle le mandat de Sonia Gaal, d’Orléans (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an;

           b)       en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Sonia Gaal soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 2 août 2004.
