                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Robert G. Richards, de la ville de Regina dans la province de la Saskatchewan, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de la Saskatchewan, et juge ex officio de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Robert G. Richards, Esquire, of the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan.
