                     Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2002-837 of May 23, 2002, set apart certain lands described in Schedule I to that Order, in accordance with the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, dated September 22, 1992, for the use and benefit of the Beardy’s and Okemasis Band as an addition to Beardy’s and Okemasis Indian Reserve No. 96 & 97-A, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

                     Whereas that Order contains an error in Schedule I as to the legal description of the lands;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2002-837 of May 23, 2002, by replacing Schedule I to that Order with Schedule I to this Order.

                     Attendu que le décret C.P. 2002-837 du 23 mai 2002 met de côté certaines terres décrites en son annexe I, conformément à l’accord intitulé Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, daté du 22 septembre 1992, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Beardy’s and Okemasis à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Beardy’s and Okemasis n^o 96 & 97-A, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

                     Attendu que ce décret contient une erreur dans l’annexe I concernant la description des terres,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2002-837 du 23 mai 2002 en remplaçant son annexe I par l’annexe I ci-jointe.
