                Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) either

(i) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, an Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Kingdom of Belgium concerning the Working Holiday Program, or

(ii) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing V. Peter Harder, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Ross Hornby, Assistant Deputy Minister, Strategic Policy, or Jacques Bilodeau, Ambassador of Canada to the Kingdom of Belgium, or Alain Hausser, Counsellor, to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Canada; and

(b) to take the action necessary to bring the Agreement into force for Canada.

                Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères :

a) selon le cas :

(i) à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le Royaume de Belgique relatif au programme Vacances-travail,

(ii) à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant V. Peter Harder, sous-ministre des Affaires étrangères, Ross Hornby, sous-ministre adjoint, Politique stratégique, Jacques Bilodeau, ambassadeur du Canada auprès du Royaume de Belgique, ou Alain Hausser, conseiller, à signer l’Accord au nom du gouvernement du Canada;

b) à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur de l’Accord pour le Canada.
