                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable François Rolland, juge puîné de la Cour supérieure pour le district de Montréal dans la province de Québec, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour supérieure du Québec, à compter du 1^er octobre 2004.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable François Rolland, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Montréal in the Province of Quebec, be appointed Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, effective October 1, 2004.
