                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), after consultation with the board of directors of Parc Downsview Park Inc., pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as auditor of Parc Downsview Park Inc. for the year 2004-2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), après consultation du conseil d’administration de Parc Downsview Park inc., et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de Parc Downsview Park inc. pour l’année 2004-2005.
