Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints Desmond John Dillon of Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Newfoundland and Labrador Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Gander, for a term of three years, effective February 1, 2003.
