                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Marilyn Marie Scott, Q.C. of Humboldt, Saskatchewan, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Saskatchewan Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Saskatoon, for a term of three years.
