                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints Edmond Beattie of Rivière-du-Portage, New Brunswick, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the New Brunswick Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Bathurst, for a term of three years, effective September 18, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Edmond Beattie, de Rivière-du-Portage (Nouveau-Brunswick), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale du Nouveau-Brunswick, et en particulier pour le district de Bathurst, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 18 septembre 2004.
