                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-12, hereby appoints Roger Tassé of Chelsea, Quebec, to be a member of the Panel on Access to Third-language Public Television Services, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem rate within the range ($1,000 - $1,200), for a term ending October 15, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2004-12 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Roger Tassé, de Chelsea (Québec), au poste de membre du Groupe de travail sur l’accès aux services de télévision publics en langues tierces, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se compose d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle

(1 000 $ - 1 200 $), pour une période se terminant le 15 octobre 2004.
