Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the International Development Research Centre Act, hereby re-appoints Tom McKay of Victoria, British Columbia, to be a governor of the Board of Governors of the International Development Research Centre, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective December 16, 2002.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur le Centre de recherches pour le développement international, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Tom McKay, de Victoria (Colombie-Britannique), gouverneur du Conseil des gouverneurs du Centre de recherches pour le développement international, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 16 décembre 2002.
