                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act, hereby assigns the Honourable Ethel Blondin-Andrew, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of State (Northern Development), to assist the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in the carrying out of that Minister's responsibilities.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'article 11 de la Loi sur les départements et ministres d'État, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil délègue l'honorable Ethel Blondin-Andrew, ministre d'État portant le titre de ministre d'État (Nord canadien), auprès du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien afin qu'elle lui prête son concours dans l'exercice de ses responsabilités.
