                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the President of the Treasury Board in column II of that Schedule opposite that name, effective  

July 20, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie  

l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention  

« Le président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada » figurant en regard de la mention « Agence de gestion des ressources humaines de la fonction publique du Canada » de la colonne I par la mention « Le président du Conseil du Trésor ». Cette mesure prend effet le 20 juillet 2004.
