                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister

(a) firstly,

(i) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, an Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Estonia, or

(ii) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Liza Frulla, Minister of Human Resources Development, or Nicole Jauvin, Deputy Minister of Human Resources Development, or Susan Scotti, Assistant Deputy Minister of Income Security Programs, Department of Human Resources Development, or Robert F. Andrigo, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Estonia, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, an Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Estonia; and

(b) secondly, to take the action necessary to bring the Agreement into force for Canada.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) premièrement,

(i) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République d’Estonie,

(ii) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant l’honorable Liza Frulla, ministre du Développement des ressources humaines, Nicole Jauvin, sous-ministre du Développement des ressources humaines, Susan Scotti, sous-ministre adjointe des Programmes de la sécurité du revenu, ministère du Développement des ressources humaines, ou Robert F. Andrigo, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République d’Estonie, à signer cet accord au nom du Canada;

b) deuxièmement, à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur de l’Accord pour le Canada.
