                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 20 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby approves the entry by the Solicitor General of Canada, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, into agreements entitled “Agreement Respecting Biology Casework Analysis”, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreements, with the governments of the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan, and the government of Yukon, respectively, to share the costs of biology casework analysis.

                     Sur recommandation de la solliciteure générale du Canada et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 20 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par la solliciteure générale du Canada, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, d’accords intitulés « Accord concernant les analyses biologiques », conformes en substance aux projets d’accord ci-joints, avec les gouvernements des provinces d’Alberta, de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, du Nouveau-Brunswick, de la Nouvelle-Écosse, de la Saskatchewan et de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et avec le gouvernement du Yukon, respectivement, pour partager les coûts des analyses biologiques.
