                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 112(1) of the Public Safety Act, 2002, assented to on May 6, 2004, being chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, hereby fixes June 1, 2004 as the day on which sections 97, 100 and 101 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 112(1) de la Loi de 2002 sur la sécurité publique, sanctionnée le 6 mai 2004, chapitre 15 des Lois du Canada (2004), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er juin 2004 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 97, 100 et 101 de cette loi.
