                    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.1(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, fixes the remuneration and other employment conditions of Maria Barrados, President of the Public Service Commission, as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range ($186,500 - $219,400).

                    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3.1(1) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et d’autres conditions d’emploi de Maria Barrados, président de la Commission de la fonction publique, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (186 500 $ - 219 400 $).
