                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 10(2), section 13 and subsection 15(2) of the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act, hereby

          (a)      appoints Halcum Harold Stanley of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years;

          (b)      agrees with the Provincial Government that the terms and conditions of the appointment of Halcum Harold Stanley as a member of the Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board should be in accordance with the schedule hereto;

          (c)      fixes the salary of Halcum Harold Stanley at the rate set out in the schedule hereto; and

          (d)      fixes the terms and conditions of the appointment of Halcum Harold Stanley in accordance with the schedule hereto.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 10(2), de l’article 13 et du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l'Accord atlantique du Canada—Terre-Neuve, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

          a)       nomme Halcum Harold Stanley, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre de l'Office Canada—Terre-Neuve des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de six ans;

          b)       convient avec le gouvernement provincial que le traitement et les autres conditions d’emploi de Halcum Harold Stanley à titre de membre de l’Office Canada—Terre-Neuve des hydrocarbures extracôtiers soient conformes à l’annexe ci-jointe;

          c)       fixe le traitement de Halcum Harold Stanley au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe;

          d)       fixe, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, les conditions d'emploi de Halcum Harold Stanley.
