                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subparagraph 22.1.1(ii) and paragraph 23.1.2 of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement, hereby appoints Robert Connelly, Acting President of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, to be administrator in the case of matters involving federal jurisdiction for the purpose of sections 22 and 23 of the said agreement, to hold office during pleasure, in the place of Sidney Gershberg.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du sous-alinéa 22.1.1(ii) et de l’alinéa 23.1.2 de la Convention de la Baie James et du Nord québécois, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robert Connelly, président intérimaire de l’Agence canadienne d’évaluation environnementale, comme administrateur en matière de compétence fédérale aux fins des articles 22 et 23 de ladite Convention, à titre amovible, en remplacement de Sidney Gershberg.
