                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No.2004-10, hereby appoints André Juneau of Cap-Rouge, Quebec, to the position of Federal Commissioner for Québec City’s 400^th Anniversary Celebrations, to hold office during pleasure, for a term ending December 31, 2008, and fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment as set out in the schedule hereto, which per diem is within the range ($260 - $315).

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2004-10 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme André Juneau, de Cap-Rouge (Québec), au poste de commissaire fédéral pour les Fêtes du 400^e anniversaire de Québec, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 31 décembre 2008, et fixe sa rémunération et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (260 $ - 315 $).
