Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby reappoints Sylvia Roy of Gloucester, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa/Atlantic District Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective January 20, 2003.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l'Immigration et en vertu de l'alinéa 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Sylvia Roy, de Gloucester (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l'immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau du district d'Ottawa/Atlantique), à titre inamovible, pour une période de quatre ans, à compter du 20 janvier 2003.
