                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby appoints David M. Hamilton of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to be a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term of two years, for the purpose of matters related to the Mackenzie Gas Pipeline project.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David M. Hamilton, de Yellowknife (Territoires du Nord-Ouest), membre temporaire de l’Office national de l’énergie pour un mandat de deux ans aux fins relatives sur le projet de gaz de pipeline du Mackenzie.
