                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Big Grassy First Nation River Boundary Settlement Agreement dated March 1, 1999, hereby sets apart the lands described in Schedule I and shown as Portions 2, 3 and 4 on Schedule II to this Order, mines and minerals included, for the use and benefit of the Big Grassy Band as an addition to  

Big Grassy River Indian Reserve No. 35G, in the Province of Ontario, subject to the rights reserved in Article 4.6 of that Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Schedule III to this Order.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Big Grassy First Nation River Boundary Settlement Agreement, daté du 1^er mars 1999, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Big Grassy, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Big Grassy River n^o 35G, dans la province d’Ontario, les terres décrites à l’annexe I ci-jointe, lesquelles sont désignées comme étant les parties 2, 3 et 4 à l’annexe II ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, sous réserve des droits prévus à l’article 4.6 de cet accord, lequel figure à l’annexe III ci-jointe.
