                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the President of the Treasury Board to make ex gratia payments in a total amount not exceeding one million dollars to Molson Sports and Entertainment Inc. for costs incurred by it in providing extra on-site police services and additional special facilities to accommodate the disabled for the SARS concert held in Toronto, Ontario in July 2003.

                 Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le président du Conseil du Trésor à verser à Molson Sports and Entertainment Inc. des paiements à titre gracieux pour un montant total ne dépassant pas un million de dollars, pour les dépenses engagées afin de fournir des services policiers supplémentaires sur place et des aménagements spéciaux adaptés aux besoins des personnes handicapées, lors du concert du SRAS tenu à Toronto (Ontario) en juillet 2003.
