                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 5 of the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Act, assigns the power to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food to enter into, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Canada-Nunavut Implementation Agreement with the Government of Nunavut, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, confère au ministre d l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire le pouvoir de conclure, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec le gouvernement du Nunavut, l’accord de mise en oeuvre Canada-Nunavut, dans l’ensemble conforme au projet d’accord ci-joint.
