   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby reappoints Ian J. Kagedan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa/Atlantic District Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective June 14, 2004.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Ian J. Kagedan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau du district d’Ottawa/Atlantique), à titre inamovible, pour une période d’un an, à compter du 14 juin 2004.
