Whereas vacancies exist in the officer establishment numbers prescribed by Treasury Board under subsection 6(2) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act;
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in
Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada, hereby:
(a) pursuant to paragraph 6(3)(a) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, appoints the non-commissioned officers of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police named in the schedule hereto to the rank of Inspector; and
(b) pursuant to paragraph 6(3)(b) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, authorizes the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal of Canada to the officers named in the schedule hereto.
Attendu qu'il existe des vacances au sein de l'effectif des officiers dont le nombre est fixé par le Conseil du Trésor conformément au paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada,
À ces causes, sur recommandation de la solliciteure
générale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :
a) en vertu de l'alinéa 6(3)a) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, nomme au grade d'inspecteur les sous-officiers de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada dont le nom figure à l'annexe ci-jointe;
b) en vertu de l'alinéa 6(3)b) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, autorise l’émission d'une commission sous le grand sceau du Canada aux officiers dont le nom figure à l'annexe ci-jointe.
