                     Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2000-651 of  

May 4, 2000, set apart certain lands, for the use and benefit of the Piapot Band as an addition to Piapot Indian Reserve No. 75, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

                     And whereas the schedule to that Order contains an inaccurate number in the legal description of the lands contained in the third paragraph as to the plan of survey;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby amends the schedule to Order in Council P.C. 2000-651 of May 4, 2000 by the replacing, in the second paragraph under the heading “THIRDLY”, the reference “72R14899” with the reference “72R14889”.

                     Attendu que par le décret C.P. 2000-651 du 4 mai 2000, certaines terres ont été mises de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande Piapot à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Piapot n^o 75, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

                     Attendu que l’annexe de ce décret contient, au troisième paragraphe, un numéro incorrect relativement à la description officielle des terres contenue dans le plan d’arpentage,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe du décret  

C.P. 2000-651 du 4 mai 2000, par remplacement de la mention  

« 72R14899 » au deuxième paragraphe de la partie intitulée  

« TROISIÈMEMENT », par la mention « 72R14889 ».
