                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Kawacatoose Band Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, dated October 20, 2000, hereby sets apart the lands described in the schedule hereto, mines and minerals included, for the use and benefit of the Kawacatoose Band as an addition to Kawacatoose First Nation Indian Reserve  

No. 88, in the Province of Saskatchewan.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’entente intitulée Kawacatoose Band Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, daté du 20 octobre 2000, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Kawacatoose, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Kawacatoose First Nation n^o 88, dans la province de la Saskatchewan.
