                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 7.6(1) of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de paragraphe 7.6(1) de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les textes désignés, ci-après.
