                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to Provident Energy Pipeline Inc. of Amending Order AO-5-OC-43, which varies Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-43, and a copy of which is attached to this Order.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la délivrance à Provident Energy Pipeline Inc., par l’Office national de l’énergie, de l’ordonnance modificatrice AO-5-OC-43, dont on trouvera copie ci-jointe, laquelle modifie le certificat d’utilité publique OC-43.
