                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,  

on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and  

Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 11(2) of the  

Territorial Lands Act, hereby approves the lease of approximately 575.68 hectares of territorial lands in the Northwest Territories to De Beers Canada Mining Inc., which lands are described in the annexed schedule.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 11(2) de la Loi sur les terres territoriales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la cession à bail d’environ 575,68 hectares de terres territoriales situées dans les Territoires du Nord-Ouest à De Beers Canada Mining Inc., lesquelles terres sont décrites à l’annexe  

ci-jointe.
