                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart the lands described in the annexed schedule for the use and benefit of the Kitamaat (Band), a band  

within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Kitamaat  

Indian Reserve No. 2, in the Province of British Columbia.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de (la bande) Kitamaat, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Kitamaat n^o 2, dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique.
