                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 78 of An Act respecting assisted human reproduction and related research, assented to on March 29, 2004, being chapter 2 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, hereby fixes April 22, 2004 as the day on which the provisions of the Act, other than sections 8, 12, 14 to 19, 21 to 59,  

72 and 74 to 77, come into force.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu de l’article 78 de la Loi concernant la procréation assistée et la recherche connexe, sanctionnée le 29 mars 2004, chapitre 2 des Lois du Canada (2004), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 22 avril 2004 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception des articles 8, 12, 14 à 19, 21 à 59, 72 et 74 à 77.
