                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints John Everett Freeman of Pembroke, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Pembroke, for a term of three years, effective July 11, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de John Everett Freeman, de Pembroke (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de Pembroke, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 11 juillet 2004.
