                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Gabriel John Mallouk of Niagara Falls, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Niagara, for a term of three years, effective May 15, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gabriel John Mallouk, de Niagara Falls (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de Niagara, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 15 mai 2004.
