                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-4, hereby appoints Yaprak Baltacioglu of Ottawa, Ontario, to the position of Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Operations), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($157,000 - $184,700), effective May 10, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2004-4, portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Yaprak Baltacioglu, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-secrétaire du Cabinet (Opérations), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-après, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (157 000 $ - 184 700 $), à compter du 10 mai 2004.
