Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-3, hereby appoints Michelle d’Auray of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($180,500 - $212,300), effective May 10, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2004-3 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michelle d’Auray, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre de l’Agence de développement économique du Canada pour les régions du Québec, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (180 500 $ - 212 300 $), à compter du 10 mai 2004.
