                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister and pursuant to subsection 108 (1) of the Financial Administration Act and paragraph 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995, hereby fixes the remuneration of

Robert G. Van Adel, President and Chief Executive Officer, Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($288,900 - $339,900).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et le paragraphe 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d’État, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de Robert G. Van Adel, président et premier dirigeant, Énergie atomique du Canada, Limitée, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (288 900 $ - 339 900 $).
