                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the corporate plan of the Cape Breton Growth Fund Corporation for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2004 and ending on March 31, 2007.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre chargé de l’application de la Loi sur l’Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de la Corporation Fonds d’investissement du Cap-Breton pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2004 et se terminant le 31 mars 2007.
