                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to subsection 5(1) and  

sections 14, 26 and 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et de la solliciteure générale du Canada et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) et des articles 14, 26 et 91 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, ci-après.
