                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Vanessa Cecelia Grant of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Yukon Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Whitehorse, for a term of three years.
