                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby re-appoints Rowland J. Harrison of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of the National Energy Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, effective October 1, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Rowland J. Harrison, de Calgary (Alberta), membre de l’Office national de l’énergie, à titre inamovible, pour une période de sept ans, à compter du 1^er octobre 2004.
