                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, or his delegate, to enter, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, into the 2004 Negotiation Contribution Agreement with Her Majesty in right of British Columbia and the British Columbia Treaty Commission respecting the provision of contribution funding to the British Columbia Treaty Commission to support First Nation negotiations in British Columbia, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien ou son représentant à conclure au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, avec Sa Majesté du chef de la Colombie-Britannique et la Commission des traités de la Colombie--Britannique, l’entente de contribution aux négociations pour l’année 2004, laquelle porte octroi de contributions à la Commission des traités de la Colombie-Britannique aux fins du financement des activités de négociation des premières nations de la Colombie-Britannique et est conforme en substance au projet d’entente ci-joint.
